Why digitalization matters – and how ERP systems work. We introduce ERP in an analog, hands-on way: master data, transactional data, financial and material flow, process thinking. A foundation for understanding digital value creation.

Basics

Confident use of SAP GUI® and Fiori, navigation and core logic. The goal: users don't just execute transactions, but understand what they do and why. This raises motivation, data quality and efficiency.

Framework

Horizontal process understanding across module boundaries. Through a business simulation with end-to-end processes, participants experience value chains, data quality, dependencies – and their role in the overall system.
